National Policy Platform for Survivor Economic Equity

11/30/2023 by Collective Learning & Survivor-Advocate Advisory Board members

The purpose of this Platform is to set a vision for survivor economic equity, demonstrate how values of equity can guide policy, and center the collective voice of survivor-advocates.

Co-created in 2023 through a Collective Learning process and Survivor-Advocate Advisory Board, the platform identifies a set of values, with five policy priority areas and sixteen policy recommendations. Together, they describe what equitable economic policy should look like to support survivors’ long-term options for safety.
