11/18/20 by Katie VonDeLinde, Sara Khan
On November 9, 2020, Katie VonDeLinde, CSAJ Expert Advisor & Adjunct Faculty, Washington University Brown School of Social Work and Sarah Khan, Project Specialist, Asian Pacific Institute on Gender Based Violence presented a webinar giving advocates the opportunity to: share stories of challenges and success in the COVID-19 era; identify and build on what is working in the “new normal"; learn strategies to increase resiliency and well-being; and gain support from peers around the country. This webinar was a part of the The ACcounting for Costs to Ensure Survivor Safety (ACCESS) Institute's COVID webinars. ACCESS Institute is a training that will provide non-lawyer legal advocates with a range of skills, networks, resources and strategies to address the costs and financial barriers domestic and sexual violence survivors face when seeking safety and justice.
